With Minnesota Governor Tim Walz nominated as VP for Harris, middle America people who had been looked down on have a new reason to come back to the Democratic fold. On this show, rural Michigan based Roger Kerson, who writes for Barnraisermedia.org, tells listeners about the unique spirit of rural people: they look out for one another and, unlike the isolated rest of us, they gather a lot. At last moving beyond the donor class, can the new ticket reconnect with the middle and win back the White House and possibly Congress?
