On this show Hannah Arendt’s student Elizabeth Minnich talks about the expanded edition of her book, The Evil Of Banality: On the Life and Death Importance of Thinking. That’s exactly what the current regime demands: no critical thinking,a shrugging acceptance of lying. Minnich says “comprehension is a form of resistance,” as is more people to practice “extensive goodness,” refusing to normalize a slide into “extensive evil.”
